Live Yoga Classes

It is more important than ever for self-care and wellbeing to be at the centre of your day. If there is unease within your being, your external environment will feel uneasy too!

Whilst yoga studios are closed, I am offering live online classes to support you during these challenging times. These classes will be a combination of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork to help manage anxiety and to keep the nervous system balanced. Through these practices you can develop a healthy perspective and build resilience, so that you navigate and adapt more positively to the inevitable changes and uncertainty in life.

I’ll be up dating this timetable and hoping to add more classes and courses as the weeks go on. Please do sign up for my newsletter to get confirmation when these go live. I hope to see you on the mat soon.

Zoom classes must be pre-booked below. You will be sent the link automatically after booking. Please ensure you have received this ahead of class as I won’t have access to emails right before or during class!
