Hi, I’m Lorna, a wellness educator, transformation and embodiment coach and breathwork facilitator.
My own journey of healing and transformation, as well as witnessing the power of embodied practices on the lives of others, is why I share this practice today. I commit to this journey with passion and conviction, as I know this is the key to liberation as an individual and as a collective.
Once I understood the nature of my mind everything changed.
When you are able to connect to your body and become aware of your thoughts an awakening happens.
The ability to let go, to find acceptance and to not feel constantly triggered starts to become the new norm.
Learning to love all that you are and the confidence to share your unique gifts is the path to real happiness.
When I see my clients develop this awareness, that they have the power within them to completely shift their reality, it lightens up my soul.
You too can learn how to use your mind and body to work FOR you; to develop emotional resilience, to release the emotional burdens of the past and connect back to who you truly are.

As a science graduate and experienced educator, I am particularly interested in the scientific developments of mind and body practices and the effects these have on the human experience. My mission is to see mental health be taken as seriously as physical health and is something that should be taught at the very start of our educational careers.
We are all impacted by our life experiences, our cultural conditioning and the stories of our past. These stories live in our cells. Your story does matter, but it does not need to define you. If you can be radically honest and embrace all that makes you human a new reality is unveiled.
Getting the right guidance and surrounding yourself with people who are committed to a positive path for change, will ensure this newfound freedom can be maintained.
